Career consulting goes wrong when it stays abstract. Every step here ends with something written down: a result, a target, a document, or a rehearsed answer.

15 minutes
Free intake call
Fifteen minutes on where you are, what you've already tried, and what you want the next twelve months to look like. You leave knowing whether we can help and what it costs. No charge.

Session 1 to 2
Assessment
You complete the instruments that fit your case, typically RIASEC for interests, OCEAN for traits and the Enneagram for motivation, and we debrief them together. The point is the conversation, not the letters.

Session 2 to 4
Direction and materials
We agree on two or three realistic targets, then rebuild the CV, LinkedIn profile and your story around them. You get a written plan you can hold us to.

Session 4 onwards
Practice and follow-through
Mock interviews, negotiation rehearsal and check-ins while you're actually applying. We stay in it until you have an offer you're happy to sign.

Most career advice sits on one side of the gap or the other. Either it's testing without interpretation, a report full of letters nobody explains, or it's coaching without evidence, encouragement with nothing underneath it.

We do both halves in the same practice. A certified career consultant runs the assessment and the strategy, a career coach runs the practice and accountability, and the two of us talk to each other about your case.

We work with students choosing a field, professionals mid-change, and people who are good at their job and badly represented on paper. Same problem underneath: the value was there and nothing was showing it.
